Trade Advantage Policies

Membership Requirements

  • Membership is subject to approval by Antique Hardware Supply (AHS).
  • AHS reserves the right to remove members at its discretion, without prior notice.
  • Membership is available only within the United States.
  • Use of the Trade Advantage discount for personal purchases is prohibited and considered a violation of program terms.

Application Requirements

To apply for Trade Advantage membership, the following criteria must be met:

  1. Applicants must have an existing order history with AHS: at least 3 orders within the past 12 months. This ensures the program is reserved for legitimate trade use.

  2.  A completed application with all requested information.

Applications typically take 4–7 business days to process. Once approved, your account will automatically reflect discounted pricing.

Membership Policies

  • Members are required to make at least one purchase per quarter to maintain eligibility.
    • Quarterly periods: January 1 – March 31, April 1 – June 30, July 1 – September 30, October 1 – December 31.

  • Failure to make a qualifying purchase within a quarter will result in removal from the program. Reapplication is required to regain membership.

Terms of Service

  • Members receive a 30% discount off the MSRP of Copper Mountain Hardware products.

  • Custom orders are excluded.

  • Standard orders paid by check receive an additional 3% discount (confirm with us prior to ordering).

  • Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are refunded as store credit only; no credit card refunds are issued.

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, and items must be returned to our warehouse within that 30-day period.

    • Items not received by us within 30 days are not eligible for return or exchange. 

  • Unapproved discount codes may not be used; unauthorized use may result in fees or delays.

  • Members must be logged into their account to apply discounts.

  • Free standard shipping is included for orders of $50+ within the continental US (may require a discount code). Misuse of the free shipping code defaults the order to standard shipping.

  • Expedited shipping incurs additional fees.

  • By joining, members agree to be listed in the Designer & Contractor Directory, unless specifically requested otherwise.

  • Orders over $2,500 may be placed online and held with a valid credit card, but payment must be completed via check, money order, or bill pay.

Notification of Policy Changes

AHS may make changes to program policies, including return and exchange policies. Updated policies will be posted here and go into effect immediately. New policies apply to all current and past program members and supersede prior versions that are inconsistent.
