We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years. This warranty applies to the original user as long as they occupy the residential premises where the products were initially installed. Excluded under this warranty are incorrectly installed products, incorrect product applications, and crystal and porcelain products against breakage. Once a product is returned, it will be either replaced or repaired. Liability is limited to the original purchase amount. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Antique Hardware Supply shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of its products.

Mechanical Warranty
All our products are covered against manufacturing and mechanical defects for 5 years from the original purchase date. If issues arise, we'll replace parts, provide a new product, or make necessary adjustments. Please note, regular wear and tear from everyday use isn't covered. Materials may naturally change appearance over time. Exclusions also apply to damages during installation, replacement, or repair, as well as those caused by improper cleaning, misuse, or neglect. This warranty is valid only for products installed within the United States and Canada.

Finish Warranty
Antique Hardware Supply guarantees the finishes of all its products for 5 years. This warranty extends to the original user as long as they occupy the residential premises where the products were installed. Please note, regular wear and tear from everyday use isn't covered. Exclusions include scratched or abraded products, incorrectly installed or mistreated products, interior products used in exterior locations, and finishes designed to wear over time (living finishes). The use of chemical cleaners on any product voids the finish warranty.

Lighting Warranty
Our lighting products come with a 1-year warranty against mechanical defects from the original purchase date. In the event of mechanical issues, we'll replace parts, provide a new product, or make necessary adjustments within the first year. Please note that glass shades are not included in this warranty coverage. Excluded from this warranty are damages caused by installation, replacement, or repair, as well as those resulting from improper cleaning, misuse, or neglect.
